Hi, I’m Emilia, and I’m 19 ♡ I’m studying art restoration, learning how to give old and beautiful things a little more time in this world. I’m quite shy, so I might take a moment to find my words. Somehow, telling you about a painting feels easier than introducing myself! But once I feel comfortable, my curious, playful side starts to show. Come say hello and tell me something about yourself. We can be a little awkward together.

Please be patient with me, especially when I get shy or lose my train of thought. Kind words, a little humor, and genuine curiosity help me feel comfortable. There’s no need to rush anything. Please respect my boundaries and be kind to the other people here, too. I’d love this room to feel welcoming enough that saying hello is easy, even for someone as shy as me.

Drawing, handmade things, tiny details… that’s where I can happily lose a whole afternoon. I love the thought that someone made something with their own hands hundreds of years ago, and today we can still see their brushstrokes. That’s part of why I chose restoration. My own projects are a little less historic: unfinished sketches, little crafts, and a desk that only stays tidy until my next idea.

A sketch turning out better than I expected. Finding a lovely little café. Someone remembering a small thing I told them. I like quiet evenings, wandering through museums, soft sweaters, and conversations that suddenly become so interesting you forget to check the time. And if you make me laugh when I’m trying to be serious, I’ll probably give up trying pretty quickly.
